While Meisha went back to the Explore Center, I did a little more wandering around with the intent to shop a bit. However, I didn't end up buying anything. This building is St. William's College, which was founded in 1461 as a home for the Chantry Priests and named after St. William, who was Archbishop of York in 1154.
