Dinner
Back in King’s Lynn we had just enough time to catch a little “dinner” before the tour. I had the most delectable coffee walnut cheesecake and Meisha had raspberry. Besides, we had a full lunch, fish and chips with all the trimmings. The tour was fascinating and very informative, almost two hours long--in the rain. The guide was a retired architect, so he provided plenty of detail about the buildings, starting with St. Margaret’s. We had a very satisfying day but we did not get back to the cottage until after ten.
